Terms of Service
- No Reselling/Sharing. Redistribution or alternative sharing of any kind is not allowed. Every avatar/asset is single purchase, single user.- External addons. Any assets or avatars made by other creators cannot be refitted or reused with my products unless the other creator gives explicit consent.- Public Uploads. You may upload my avatars (or edits therein) publicly only if the upload contains credits to the original creator (me) in the avatar description.- Edits/Customizations. Reshaping, editing, repurposing, or creating clothing for my avatars or assets is always allowed for private use. Making these for commercial use is not allowed unless the original product is purchased by both seller and buyer.- No refunds. Upon purchasing my avatars or assets, you agree and understand that the digital product is a non-refundable purchase.- Social Media. Any avatars or assets made by me may be used in content creation (streams, videos, etc) as long as you do not claim you made the avatar or asset yourself. Crediting me would be greatly appreciated, but not required.- Creator Updates. Avatars and assets may receive updates or edits from me if bugs or issues arise, but this is never a guarantee.- Contact For Issues. It may take me up to 72 hours to reply, but I will do my best to help resolve what I can.
